Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Lektobox (the "Service"), operated by Yevhen Hrynchak, a Ukrainian sole proprietor (ФОП) ("Lektobox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization (e.g. a tutoring business or language school), you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Service

Lektobox is a subscription CRM and LMS platform for private tutors and language schools, providing student management, scheduling, curriculum and course tools, quizzes, notes, and progress tracking.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any staff or student accounts created within your organization. Students may be invited to a self-service account via an invite link issued by your organization.

3. Plans, billing and payment

Lektobox offers a Free plan (limited number of active students) and paid plans (e.g. Pro, School) with expanded limits, billed monthly in advance. Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record — Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Prices shown at checkout are the final, tax-inclusive amounts. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Your data and content

You (and your organization) retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including student records, course materials, and notes ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to upload Customer Data, including personal data of students who may be minors. See our Privacy Policy for how we process this data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; resell or sublicense the Service without our consent; or use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, we retain Customer Data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy before deletion.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Support is provided by email at evgeniy.python.developer@gmail.com.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lektobox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
