Refund Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
All paid Lektobox subscriptions are billed and collected by Paddle.com, our authorized payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Your order confirmation and invoices come from Paddle, and Paddle handles payment disputes in accordance with its own Buyer Terms. This policy describes when we approve refund requests submitted through Paddle.
1. Free plan
The Free plan is not billed, so no refunds apply.
2. First-time subscription refunds
If you are unhappy with a paid plan, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that charge, no reason required. Contact us at evgeniy.python.developer@gmail.com or reply to your Paddle receipt to request one.
3. Renewal charges
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue — see "Cancellation" below. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis, for example where a renewal occurred shortly after you attempted to cancel, or where you were charged in error.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself trigger a refund of the current billing period — your plan remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Plan downgrades
Downgrading (e.g. Pro to Free) takes effect at your next renewal date; we do not pro-rate refunds for the remainder of a period you have already paid for when you downgrade mid-cycle.
6. Non-refundable situations
We generally do not issue refunds for: partial billing periods after the first 14 days, dissatisfaction after extended use of a billing period, or accounts suspended for breach of our Terms of Service.
7. How to request a refund
Email evgeniy.python.developer@gmail.com with your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
